According to the Danish newspaper Jydske Vestkysten was Ribe-Esbjerg HH also interested in the Danish international right back of the League rivals TTH Holstebro, Peter Balling. The club had allegedly offered a lucrative contract from next season, but Balling has allegedly rejected the offer.
