The German national coach Christian Prokop goes into the preparation for the EHF EURO 2018 with 20 players.

With 20 players, including twelve European champions from 2016, coach Christian Prokop goes into the preparation for the EHF EURO 2018 in Croatia on December 28. Just over two weeks ago, the first step had been taken with the nomination of an extended 28-man squad.

The biggest surprise of the squad is probably, that the pivot from SC DHfK Leipzig, Bastian Roscheck, is preferred in front of Erik Schmidt from Füchse Berlin.
