The new head coach of the Spanish national team, Jordi Ribera, has named 16 players for the European Qualifiers against Bosnia-Herzegovina and Finland.

The following players, who won silver at the European Championship in Poland in January, is not selected this time: Jorge Maqueda, Arpad Sterbik, Cristian Ugalde, Antonio Garcia, Rafael Baena, Niko Mindegea and Juan del Arco.
