Hundstrup stays in BSV

The 30-year-old Danish left wing Stefan Hundstrup extends his contract with the Danish champions Bjerringbro-Silkeborg to the summer of 2020.

The former national player rejects Europaen top clubs to stay in Silkeborg. Stefan Hundstrup arrived in BSV in 2014 where he came from KIF Kolding-København.

During his youth career, Hundstrup made several appearances for the Danish youth national team.

In the press release the Danish head coach of Bjerringbro-Silkeborg, Peter Bredsdorff, calls Stefan Hundstrup a key player. The left wing is versatile and has great skills in defense, where he protect the left back position.

Bjerringbro-Silkeborg won their first domestic championship last summer and participate in the EHF Champions League this season. They are in group A with Telekom Veszprém, FC Barcelona Lassa, Paris Saint-Germain, SG Flensburg-Handewitt, THW Kiel, Orlen Wisla Plock and Kadetten Schaffhausen.
