Rumor: Kunkel to Leipzig

One of the most talented left wings of the world, Yves Kunkel, leaves the German Bundesliga club HBW Balingen-Weilstetten at the end of the season. According to informations from Bild.de he continues his career in Leipzig.

HBW Balingen-Weilstetten today announced, that their talented German left wing, Yves Kunkel, who already has had his debut on the German national team, leaves the club after this season.

Bild.de now reports, that they have informations, which sends him to the German Bundesliga rival DHfK Leipzig from next season.

He will probably replace Marvin Sommer, who did not really come to his feet after several injuries in Leipzig. His contract expires at the end of the season.

It is DHfK Leipzig's first signing for the next season. The German club has instead extended the contracts with head coach, Christian Prokop, left wing Lukas Binder, back court player Maximilian Janke, the goalkeepers Jens Vortmann and Milos Putera, defense specialist Bastian Roscheck and line player Benjamin Meschke.
