Carlén recruited to Ystads IF

The former Swedish national player Oscar Carlén becomes assistant coach of Jerry Hallbäck from next season in the Swedish League club Ystads IF.

At a press conference today the Swedish League club Ystads IF presented Oscar Carlén and Magnus Lindén as assistant coach of the from next season new head coach of Ystads IF, Jerry Hallbäck and form coaching staff together with Magnus Lindén.

Oscar Carlén was forced to retire from top handball as 25-year-old after several severe knee injuries. He started his career in just Ystads IF and also played abroad in SG Flensburg-Handewitt and HSV Hamburg. Furthermore, he played 78 caps and scored 214 goals for Sweden.
