One of the most talented goalkeepers of the Danish League, Sebastian Frandsen, is out for up to 6 months.

Bjerringbro-Silkeborg will be without their 23-year-old Danish goalkeeper Sebastian Frandsen for a long time. The forecast says for 5 to 6 months. The former Danish youth national player was operated on Friday for a knee injury and the diagnosis was not good.

"Sebastian has a cartilage injury in his knee, and it has to be operated," says BSV's physiotherapist Tom Jensen to the Danish newspaper MJA.dk.

BSV head coach Peter Bredsdorff is sad at Sebastian Frandsens and on behalf of the team.

"It's not good, and Frandsen has also struggled to get in top shape and have a good season. So it's a big setback for the team and himself, says Peter Bredsdorff to MJA.dk.
