The French national player, Daniel Narcisse, extends his contract with the French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain with one year to the summer of 2018.

Press release from PSG:

Paris Saint-Germain Handball is pleased to announce the extension of an additional year of Daniel Narcisse's contract. The French half-center is now linked to the club until June 2018.

Since his arrival in July 2013, the Captain of the team of the capital has contributed greatly to the club's progress both nationally and internationally. With 157 games played, including 54 in the EHF Champions League, and 440 goals to his credit, he is one of the pillars in PSG.

Under the Parisian colors, the French national player has already won two French Championships, two French Cups and three Champions Trophies.

This extension of the contract of Daniel Narcisse testifies once again to the importance of the 36 years old half-center in the triple champions of the France title.

After winning a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Rio this summer with France, another big event is waiting for the triple world champion next January with the World Championship to be held in France.

"I am really happy to extend my contract once again with Paris Saint-Germain," Daniel Narcisse reacted. "I thank the club for the trust it shows me every year. I will continue to give everything, I hope to continue to win titles here. And after reaching the Final Four of the Champions League last season, now my main goal is to win it with this team."

"We are very proud to extend with Daniel, an exceptional player and a remarkable captain who has brought a lot to the club since his arrival. We are certain that Daniel Narcisse will help us to win many trophies," said Jean-Claude Blanc, Deputy Managing Director of Paris Saint-Germain.
