Lukas Kister stays in Minden

Lukas Kister has extended his contract with GWD Minden to the summer of 2019.

The German Bundesliga club GWD Minden has offered Lukas Kister a Bundesliga contract. The talent will wear the jersey of the green-and-white for two more years. After Max Staar (read more here), Kister is the second prospective player, who will be promoted to the 1st team.

Kister changed from HLZ Ahlen to GWD Minden two years ago and plays in the current season for the A youth and the third division team of GWD Minden. In the summer of 2016, he won a bronze medal at the U18 European Championship with the German youth national team. The 18-year-old back court player has scored 16 goals in 12 caps.
