New coach in Bregenz

The Austrian record champion Bregenz Handball has changed head coach.

The Austrian top club Bregenz Handball has decided to change head coach with immediate effect. The Austrian coach Markus Burger replaces the German coach Jörg Lützelberger, who has been head coach of Bregenz since 2017.

Markus Burger played as a player 23 years for Bregenz Handball. Afterwards he was assistant coach for 10 years. Furthermore he has been head coach of Swiss TSV St. Otmar St. Gallen, Austrian Alpla Hard and Handball Esch from Luxembourg.
