The Swiss League club TSV St. Otmar has sacked the head coach Predrag Borkovic with immediate effect due to bad results.
Press release from TSV St. Otmar:
The TSV St. Otmar has responded to the bad start of the season and released the coach Predrag Borkovic immediately.
The exemption is above all the consequence on the two bad appearances in the Cup against the BSV Bern Muri and in the Championship against Wacker Thun. Borkovic returned to TSV St. Otmar in January 2014 as an assistant coach, and in the past two seasons he was a head coach. In the season 2016/2017 the TSV St. Otmar missed the final round after a weak season start. The contract of Predrag Borkovic expires at the end of the season 2017/2018.
The Management now works under high pressure at a suitable interim and succession regulation.
